All of of our products have been assessed and comply with current E.U Standards. Each product has a full list of ingredients on the packaging so please do take the time to have a read. If you need anymore information on any of our ingredients please just ask, if you are prone to allergies or suffer from skin conditions / sensitive skin we would advise that you carry out a small patch test prior to use. As all of our soaps are handmade in small individual batches there may be some slight imperfections and variations in colour, this is perfectly normal. Should you have any questions about your order simply pop us an email.
We will aim to dispatch your order within 48 hours of receiving it (excluding bank holidays) using Royal Mails services, our prices reflect their website and may change without prior notice. If your order is urgent and you require next day delivery, please do get in touch – again this is subject to time of order and Royal Mails services. Royal Mail state: 2nd Class items are delivered in two to three working days. They aim to deliver 98% of 2nd Class items within three working days of posting, although at peak periods like festive holidays delays maybe inevitable. Please ensure you allow enough time for this as we will not be responsible for delayed items.
Refunds And Exchanges
If you decide that you no longer want the goods that you have ordered please email us within seven days from the receipt of your goods. Orders can be returned as long as they are in the original packaging and we deem them to be fit for re-sale. We will then refund the costs of the goods excluding any postage costs incurred by the purchaser within 30 days. The Cotswold Soap Co. has no responsibility for return postage and can not accept responsibility for lost or damaged items on their way back to us, we advise you to retain proof of postage for your own protection. If you return your goods for exchange towards another product within seven days of receipt we will aim to reissue within 48 hours (a re-delivery charge will apply).
The Cotswold Soap Co. reserves the right to refuse a refund or exchange any product if we believe the goods to be damaged, not in there original packaging or unfit for re-sale.
Loss Or Damage
Please check your order as soon as it arrives. Wherever possible please contact us within 24 hours if you notice any items are damaged or missing from your order and we will resolve the problem as soon as possible. If your order has not arrived within a few days please be patient. If after 10 days it has still not arrived please let us know and we will of course aim to rectify the problem immediately.
